Mish Cunningham
Trainee Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Mish is a Trainee Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She is studying a BA (Hons) degree at the University of Warwick and has a strong theoretical foundation in various therapeutic approaches, including Person-centred therapy, Gestalt and Psychodynamic.
Mish believes that the counselling relationship is a sacred space where individuals can feel safe, heard, and supported as they work towards personal growth and healing. Mish is passionate about offering compassionate therapeutic support to change lives in others by helping to navigate life challenges and develop healthier coping mechanisms. She has experience offering support in a variety of settings through volunteer and professional training and is committed to providing mental health care for all people and communities through continuing to expand her knowledge by training in other mental health courses in addition to her degree.

- CPCAB Certificate in Counselling Skills Level 2

Mish actively engages in, and is supported by, regular supervision and professional development in line with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy ethical framework, holds a current enhanced DBS, is an Individual Member of the BACP and holds personal indemnity insurance. Mish practices as a trainee from the Sunrise Wellbeing Therapy Centre where she provides 1:1 counselling and psychotherapy to adults and young people (16 years and over).
