At Sunrise Wellbeing we are passionate about supporting the mental health & wellbeing of all ages, sharing knoweldge & learning through workshops & training and offering a calm, nurturing environment for our therapists and clients.

Our holistic approach

We are a team of highly experienced therapists & holistic practitioners providing a hub of support through 1:1 counselling & psychotherapy & group sessions to children, young people and adults in Leicester, Leicestershire & Derbyshire (in-person & online). We are here to help you connect with one of our Associates who meets your’s or your family’s needs and is available to support you on your wellbeing journey.

Providing you with a nurturing, safe space to explore, heal & flourish

All of our sessions take place in our soothing, warm therapy spaces in a variety of locations, where you or your child can begin to build a secure therapeutic relationship.

 

In-person and remote options

Along with our Sunrise Wellbeing Nook based in Groby, Leicestershire, we have additional therapy spaces conveniently located in a variety of locations. However, if you prefer online support from the comfort of your own home we offer remote sessions via video or telephone.
