Sensory Development Specialist & Trainer

Louise has over 20 years of experience within child development, education and health & social care, supporting those with both mainstream and complex healthcare needs. She has achieved Level 3 NVQ in Childcare and Education, Level 5 Leadership & Management Diploma, a Foundation Degree in Health & Social Care and is fluent in Makaton (Children’s Sign Language). Louise is extremely passionate about inclusion and develops bespoke sessions and development plans for individuals of all abilities, from birth right through to the elderly.

She is now the founder of Messy Senses Ltd, who offer a wide range of sensory based development services. As an experienced trainer in Early Years Foundation Stage, Louise passes on her knowledge and experience to educate others about the benefits of sensory based play linking to education, mental health and wellbeing. Louise and her network of Messy Senses franchisees deliver regular sessions throughout the week in various settings. All staff are trained to deliver bespoke sensory sessions via either 1:1 consultation, small specialist groups or larger term-time sessions.
