Integrative Psychotherapist (BACP Member)

Hollie is an Integrative Psychotherapist offering online, telephone-based and face to face sessions. She is in the practice on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Hollie works with adult clients who are looking for counselling support with a wide range of topics, including high levels of self-criticism, bereavement, relationship issues, navigating parenthood and traumatic life experiences. As a therapist her approach is warm and compassion-focused, ensuring that the client feels comfortable, heard, and valued.

Her sessions are shaped by collaborative methods, providing a space where clients can feel safe and empowered.

Hollie holds an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (integrating the three modalities of Attachment Theory, the Person-Centred Approach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). She has also completed additional training in Compassion Focused Therapy with the Compassionate Mind Foundation.

She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She takes part in regular clinical supervision and continuing professional development in adherence to the BACP’S ethical framework for practitioners.
