Clara is a certified yoga instructor and started her journey many years ago experiencing different types of yoga at various classes. Clara is trained in Hatha yoga, which is a classic approach to breathing and exercise. This style of yoga is also paced to the individual’s requirement. The regular practice of Hatha Yoga enhances strength, flexibility, and balance whilst supporting physical and emotional wellbeing. Hatha yoga also incorporates breath work to bring about calm and relaxation.
On a personal level, Clara has found yoga has supported her through many different stages in her life and the benefits of this have helped her to feel grounded and to flourish in her own practice and overall wellbeing.
Clara is a wife and mother of 2 with a warm, nurturing personality. She offers a friendly and welcoming approach to yoga, whether you are a beginner or have practiced yoga many times.
Clara offers 1:1 yoga sessions which are tailored to meet your needs and ability, and also in small groups (sessions can be ran for 2 family members together). Clara is approved by the International Institute for Complimentary Therapies (IICT), holds a current DBS and insurance. Clara practices from the Sunrise Wellbeing Therapy Centre and offers a free initial consultation to discuss your needs.
