Integrative Psychotherapist (BACP Registered Member)
Anna is a Level 7 qualified psychotherapist integrating person-centred approach with Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Attachment Theory. She has experience working with Young Adults, Adults and Children and specialises in supporting survivors of Domestic Abuse in trauma-informed therapy. She offers general counselling and psychotherapy for clients with a variety of issues including everyday life difficulties, common mental health problems and more complex ones.
She lectures counselling and is passionate about supporting students in their journey towards a vocation in the field, as well as supporting her clients and offering a warm, safe and judgment free place to resolve their issues or just talk.

Anna undertakes regular supervision and works to the BACP Ethical Framework ensuring client’s best interest is at the heart of everything that she does, she holds a current DBS and is a Registered Member of the BACP.
She offers 1:1 open ended therapy to Young Adults over 16 and Adults, including sessions in Polish.
