Continued support during times of uncertainty

The support we offer to our clients is something we are truly proud of and we are working with our current clients to offer remote therapy where possible. All training sessions and workshops have currently been postponed, however we look forward to re-scheduling them in the future. Action for Happiness have created a fantastic coping calendar to support us in staying grounded and positive (you can download here). There is also a great Time Capsule activity to complete as a family (please see template below). Please continue to follow our social media pages to stay connected and we wish you all our warmest wishes, stay safe.

Public Health England - GOV.UK

We are soon coming up to the year’s anniversary of Sunrise and I have had the pleasure of working with so many young people during this time through our 10 week therapeutic support programme. I thought I’d share some of the lovely feedback we have received from parents over the past 12 months ??

World Mental Health Day

Say #HelloYellow and support children and young people’s mental health on World Mental Health Day.

Why say #HelloYellow?

More children and young people than ever before are seeking help with their mental health, but fewer than one in ten find it easy to get the support they need.

By wearing yellow on World Mental Health Day, we want to show young people that they’re not alone when it comes to their mental health.
