We are soon coming up to the year’s anniversary of Sunrise and I have had the pleasure of working with so many young people during this time through our 10 week therapeutic support programme. I thought I’d share some of the lovely feedback we have received from parents over the past 12 months 💗🌈
Our new Sunrise Wellbeing studio is now open! Take a look at our lovely, warm, nurturing therapeutic space, which can comfortably seat 1-2 clients for talking therapy on the sofa area. There is also a multifunctional space for working with children and young people including emotional support activities and games, reading corner, desk & calming/yoga station.
We’re proud to be a part of the Parkem Chemist Development. Our new address is Unit 2, 102 Dominion Road, Glenfield, LE3 8FB.

So excited to launch our NEW and EXCITING Therapeutic Summer Support Workshops for children and young people aged 7-14 years. SUMMER ZEN gives your child the opportunity be part of a small, nurturing group to understand emotions, learn self-regulation and mindfulness skills, all whilst taking part in fun games and activities. Summer might seem a long way off but it’ll be here before we know it! The 3 hour, weekly supportive sessions are flexible – which means your child can attend one, all or as many sessions as they would like. Please contact me if you’d like to reserve a space. We are looking forward to welcoming you for some Summer Fun!
It’s been great to meet so many Early Years Practitioners over the last few months and wonderful that you have all left the half day’s training with new knowledge, understanding and ideas of how to further support the mental health & wellbeing of the children in your setting, their families and your colleagues. Thank you for your continued feedback.
Excited to be a part of the Stepping Stones Project at Shuttlewood Clarke Foundation. We will be offering workshops on a variety of topics to support adults with their recovering from anxiety and depression. Come and enjoy a chat and a cuppa on the dates listed here. We look forward to meeting you.
