Sarah Nash
Trainee Integrative Psychotherapist

Sarah is a Trainee Integrative Psychotherapist. She is starting her third year of study towards a MSc
Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy at Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute.
Sarah is committed to providing an empathetic, safe and non-judgemental space for individuals to explore current and past experiences, relationships and feelings. A warm and friendly therapeutic relationship is at the heart of therapy sessions and is built on mutual trust and respect.
Sarah aims to empower individuals by supporting them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves
and their choices. Sessions are always led by the client’s needs and best interests. Sarah has accessed training in Integrative Sand play therapy and enjoys working in creative ways, when this is helpful for a client.
Sarah has worked within a variety of roles supporting children, young people and adults, particularly in
education. She has experience of supporting neurodivergent individuals.
Sarah undertakes regular supervision and professional development in line with the UK Council for
Psychotherapy (UKCP), holds a current DBS and is a Trainee member of UKCP. Sarah practices from the
Sunrise Wellbeing Therapy Centre where she provides 1:1 counselling and psychotherapy to adults (18
years and over).
