Have you been struggling through life, feeling overwhelmed and wishing you had someone to talk to? It could just be a general sense of feeling down or more deep-rooted feelings of loneliness, anxiety, stress and depression. If this is you then talking to a trained therapist presents the opportunity for you to explore your issues. My beliefs are that it is important to recognise that no two people’s journeys are the same and because of this I utilise my skills and training to tailor counselling sessions.

I offer a safe non-judgemental welcoming space for you to talk. I am a Christian but welcome everyone no matter your beliefs. Together we can work through your personal story which is unique to you. I am a qualified integrative counsellor working with Person- Centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment theory and Grief therapy.

Life can be hard, life can be challenging, but you don’t have to struggle on your own. I am here to listen if you want to take the next step and reach out for help.
