Cognitive Behaviour Therapist / Counsellor (MBACP)

Lisa is a CBT Therapist who draws from a range of modalities including transactional analysis and gestalt to meet individual needs. Lisa has experience of working with adult survivors of sexual abuse and rape, children and young people within primary and secondary educational settings, the perinatal mental health team within the NHS, and as a lecturer in counselling. Lisa has experience dealing with issues such as; PTSD, OCD, trauma, phobias, anxiety, panic, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation, anger and binge eating disorder. Lisa offers a confidential, non-judgemental environment in which to explore your difficulties, identify how they developed and collaboratively agree the best way forward to overcome them. Lisa’s approach is informative, yet warm and compassionate.
