Dance Movement Psychotherapist
Chloe has developed a unique therapeutic approach that often incorporates creative mediums to allow the individual to access a thinking, feeling and imaginative space. She has extensive experience of working with the body in a psychotherapeutic context and often focuses on drawing attention to achieving a mind-body relationship.
Chloe has developed an innovative approach, to provide effective treatment for children, adults and families that may need therapeutic support with a range of needs such as; trauma, attachment, body image, self-esteem and special educational needs.
Chloe completed a Masters Degree in Dance Movement Psychotherapy at Derby University in 2012 and has since worked in various settings including;
- Dementia homes and cafes
- Educational settings
- SEN provisions
- Sexual and domestic violence charities
- Private practice
Chloe has a Diploma in Creative Approaches to Clinical Supervision from The London Centre for Psychodrama and provides clinical supervision to a range of practitioners. Chloe holds a current DBS and practices from the Sunrise Wellbeing Therapy Centre where she provides therapy to children, young people, adults and families as well as clinical supervision to a range of practitioners from different modalities. She also provides a range of workshops and training including; mindful movement, singing for well-being, body mapping and integrative arts workshops.
