This has definitely been the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make (with my family and business head on at this uncertain time) but my passion and long term goal of providing a hub of support for children, young people and adults still remains the same and I feel it is needed now more than ever.

I’d like to share the exciting news with you, that Sunrise Wellbeing is now expanding to a larger premises in Anstey, this will provide (when it is safe to do so) a safe space for all, to seek support, access a variety of therapeutic services, attend workshops and to be part of something special. Our Sunrise Wellbeing Therapy Centre will be opening our doors at the end of all this… to assist you in transitioning to a ‘new normal’, to support you all with the loss and ripple effect that this difficult situation will leave and to continue our amazing therapeutic work as before.

This new step comes with fear and anxiety but I look forward to all of our future plans and dreams and really value you being a part of it.
